-Please, as much as possible, don't book more than 3 weeks in advance (this would allow others to use the devices as well) 
-If not booked by 0:01 of the day of please absolutely feel free to book them. This will be on a first come first serve basis.
-We may have to ask you to give up your booking if another staff member hasn't had the opportunity to book the iPads- This is not a policy however, it might be a factor in the decision-making process. 
We do understand that this may cause some frustration, however, please be reminded that this is still a trial program and we need assure that the cart is free for all of our ES staff to use. 
 This will take into effect the week we return from break.
