I was born in El Salvardor and also my dad,mom were also born there I was there for 7 years so I was there for almost all my life. My life was good we were not poor but we were not rich I live in a big house but with a lot of danger beacuse of the animals like snakes,spiders and a lot more. My dad wanted us to come to the USA to have a better life with my dad and mom. What I miss about El Salvardor is the food and the food that I miss is pupusa.

My mom came here on a plane but my dad went through a lot more. My dad's mom left him to go to the USA to have a better life but my dad was left with his dad. My dad wanted to go with my grandma but my grandma did not have that much money to get my dad to the USA. So my dad went to the USA by walked but when he got there he had a lot problems with the migra but when the migra was about to send him back to El Salvador the migra let him go.

El salvador got independence from spain in 1821 and the full independence in 1841. El Savador also has a lot of food like pupusa and most of the people love pupusa with orchata.

Pupusa are made of masa, beans, cheese, chicharon, kurtido. With the pupusa we have horchata and horchata is made of white rice and cinnamon with milk.

Holy week is a tradition that we spend nine days praying for the souls of the dead. We also have a tradition that is called San Miguel every year on the night of the last Saturday in November. We also have Independence Day festivities and what we do is celebrate for the freedom that we have from spain.

A fun fact that El Salvador had is that El Salvador accepts Bitcoin. El Salvador also is the smallest country in Central America. El Salvador does not have a standing army.
