Phil walked us through the post trial data processing on NSATech, and we learnt how the cybex machine was set up, aswell as testing the IMU suit. This was very helpful as it made it easier to explain the protocol to the participants i recruited, aswell as providing a clear picture for me to produce my methodology

I feel this has aided my time management skills and also given me some experience in a quasi-professional environment of sports testing. In going through the entire history of motion analysis I have also gained a deeper understanding and appreciation of the incremental technological development that have led to the incredibly accurate tools we use in testing today. I have overcome barriers to success by using feedback from my supervisor as encouragement to complete this project to the best of my ability.
