humans are prone to numerous diseases, including corona virus, or (COVID-19). Worrying about corona virus may be a normal reaction; however, worrying excessively might affect our mental and physical wellbeing.
firstly, we have to balance our thoughts regarding corona virus. When we get stressed about our wellbeing or dangers of infection, our thoughts can become brooding, dim, and critical. Questions like " how will i deal with it?", or " is my immune system strong enough to cope with the disease?" would be running through our heads. Such questions are often triggered by our anxiety, but they won't help us in a way or another. Worrying about dim and negative thoughts would stop you from doing helpful stuff. Keep in mind, our thoughts are not necessarily helpful or even true.

Lots of people say that books just aren't for them, that they get disinterested quickly and that reading an entire book takes too much patience. Well, I can counter those excuses easily by just pointing out that teens have an average screen time of 8 hours a day. That right there is plenty of time to read a book, we cannot ask people to leave everything they're doing to read but we can ask them to give it a chance. And for the people who say that they aren't interested just haven't found the right book or genre. Because there is a book for the people who watch Mello daily vlogs and a book for people who watch action-packed movies.
So next time you go to watch a movie maybe think to read a book instead?
(I know the topic is really dumb but this is what the questions from the day before generated)

Humans, in general, tend to worry a lot about the numerous diseases that they are prone to, including coronavirus, or (COVID-19).

If we continue with this rate of carbon emissions the Earth will become unlivable in ten to thirty years. We have known that our Earth is dying for decades now. So have you ever stopped for a second and thought why? Why is there no policy to protect the environment, and why are politicians so opposed to it? The answer is both simple and complicated. Many climate policies like Carbon Taxation, for example, would cause a lot of economic damage. Carbon Taxation is when a system of government places a limit on the amount of carbon produced by factories, and any that exceed the cap face a tax. Most politicians heavily oppose policies like Carbon Taxation since they would slow economic growth. Policies like this one will affect many countries differently, nevertheless of the damage that it would cause to the economy, it is a step that needs to be taken internationally.

My sister is the person that i go to when i feel sad, anxious, lost, or when i need someone to listen. She is a very good listener, and that is why i feel so good, so clean, and so valued when i talk to her only in that time When I went to Riyadh last month, I didn't really want to go, but I went because my mother insisted on me going. I didn't really feel like going to Riyadh. Because Riyadh was once a place for me to make my feelings, imagination, and thoughts more alive. But then that died, that feeling of satisfaction when I go to Riyadh died. I told my sister about it, she didn't really understand because she thought that it was about something else. I felt really sad because I couldn't express my emotions in the right way. So what i did, is that I grabbed my phone and started recording a video talking about my emotions freely, (in the hotel room and not infront of anybody else.)I cried, I laughed, i gave myself advice and I made myself promises to get better and feel better. It felt so good, so fresh, and my chest, my chest couldn't feel any lighter. And that beautiful after feeling of video journaling is never to be lost in this tough life and that iswhy you all should consider video journaling when you feel sad, happy, anxious, and when you need someone to listen.

(Shows the audience a video clip) Are you that type of person? No? I know I am. I don’t know about you, but whenever I go to the store I always end up buying a lot of things and having my cart filled to the top. Then I realize that I always buy more than what I need. So why do we always end up buying more than what we need? Let’s say I am trying to open a food place or a jewelry store, then I have to do something that will get a lot of people to buy from me. The first thing I would do is buisness tricks that will get you people buy from me a lot to the point that you might even get unnecessary things without realizing. I’m sure we all don’t want to spend money on things we don’t need so Stop walking into the buisness traps that makes you buy more than what you need.

Millions of people displaced from their homes, don't really know where to go. Diseases like malaria holding onto the poor and weak. But unfortunately, we don't have to imagine for long because this is set to happen in the next 20 years. Our Earth is dying, we have known this for decades.

Why do people often do exactly the opposite of what they are told? For example, why do people want to use substances just because they are illegal? Human behavior was studied for thousands of years and the answer remains unclear. Imagine a person telling you “whatever you do DON’T OPEN THAT DOOR“ the first thing you would do is open that door . Although it’s just an instinct, it heavily impacts our lives.

Toxic friends

Friends ,what is the real meaning of friendships, Friendships are relationships that involve two very critical dimensions and it should contain trust true love and the important thing which is trust without trust you cant build any relationships , making friends is really important but the most important thing is choosing real friends .Did you hear about toxic friends , first toxic friends from their names the name shows bad impression, what is the first impression came to your mind when you heard toxic friends ? I felt uncomfortable because any toxic thing means that it is harmful no matter of its positive sides ,and I don’t think that their is a person who wants to harm his self While he knows that, so I’ll say for you some tips that will show you your toxic friends .

how to realize if your friends are toxic or not by observing there actions without noticing you. What about saying for you your friends may be toxic and they can harm you. there are many signs that show you the truth of your friend for example toxic friends wouldn’t support you in your hard times ,he/she also would like to compare you with others and trying his best to decrease your self confidence, the main action he/she would do is he/she started changing you to the worst I’ll give you a live example yesterday i had realized that i have a toxic friend that i should remove or ill be the person i don’t aspire to be, when you notice your self at this point you should stop this relationship ,because this is the last round nether changing or being toxic because it is the critical moment.and after this moment i learned what does toxic friends means and how do they harm us.

At the end choosing real or true friends isn’t hard but you should notice their actions and the important thing is when you’re in a hard time you will see them all around .
