Dear Sir or Madam,

 

I am writing to express my strong disapproval about the English summer course at Bristol Language School.

Firstly, the number of the students was nearly 40 and I realised that it was impossible for the teachers to manage the lessons. Moreover, because of the overcrowded classes, it was so hard for me to pay attention and I could not focus on my tasks. 

Secondly, we spoke more Spanish than English because most of us were Spanish so we could not enhance our English skills. For that reason, it could be reasonable that you mix people from different countries in the classes. 

Furthermore, my host family was all day out and that is why I did not speak English on my daily routine. Apart from that, being alone all day long made me feel so lonely.

To make matters worse, I did not do any extracurricular activities because the school cancelled them and nobody gave me an explanation.

To sum up, I hope you consider all these problems to be resolved as soon as possible because  I am sure that if you do it the students, who decide to study there, will have a much better experience than I had.

We are writing to express our deep dissatisfaction with the English course we attended last summer at Bristol Language School. We would like to inform you about some negative sides of the course. 

To begin with, in view of the occasion, we would like to express our disappointment with the number of students per class,as the groups were really big. We are afraid to say that this course did not live up to our expectations. Not only were the English levels all mixed up, but we also spoke in Spanish most of the time because the majority of the students were Spanish. 

Secondly, we were bitterly disappointed by the host family, who were all day out so we did not have the chance to speak to them. Furthermore, not by any stretch of the imagination could this host accommodation be described as an appropriate guest house. To make matters worse, we had to cook our own food because it was not given to us by the host family and we felt absolutely lonely. 

Finally, my central complaint is that all the extracurricular activities were cancelled for no apparent reason. 

We were really dissatisfied with the service offered by your school and we demand a partial refund in addition to an apology for the inconveniences caused. 

If we do not receive a satisfactory reply within the next five days, we will be taking the matter further.

 I am writing to you to express my deeply disappointment with the summer course I took during last summer at your school. 
 
 I consider that the number of students per class was not up to the expected standard and the organization of each group left a lot to be desired. For instance, I applied for being in a C1 group but some classmates were slightly close to a B2 level of English and 70% of students were Spanish, while other groups were more heterogeneous. 
 
 Having already paid for an all included course, it was a sad surprise to find that my host family would be working during my whole stay, therefore, I felt quite lonely, and I needed to buy food and cook my dinner every night. 
 
 The straw that broke the camel’s back was that extracurricular activities such as the visit to Bristol Harbour and Cabot Tower were cancelled for no apparent reason. 
 
 It only seems fair that you offer a partial refund and it would be strongly advisable that your school revise the previous points I have explained. 
 
 I look forward to receiving a prompt reply.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the summer course you are offering at Bristol Language School. I would like to explain to you that it was a really disappointing experience.

At first, I was surprised when I discovered that the classroom was overcrowded. In addition to that, students of different levels of English were sharing the same class.  Therefore, it became a very frustrating experience, as we were not able to acquire correctly the contents of the lessons. Moreover, the majority of the students were Spanish. As a consequence, the language of communication was mainly Spanish. 

What is more, I was incredibly lonely. The host family, who were never at home, did not pay enough attention to me. Consequently, I could not speak English with them and I always had to do the housework.

My last complaint is about the extracurricular activities that were cancelled for no reason. Primarily, this is the reason of my disappointment with the course, as it could have been a great opportunity to know the country. 

I consider unacceptable all the deficiencies. Therefore, I hope you will take my complaint into consideration and do the necessary changes to improve the course for further years.

I am writing to complain about the course I did at Bristol Language School last summer.
 First of all, even though the course was supposed to be addressed to students with a high level of English and small groups, there were students with a lower level of English and the groups were extremely large. Furthermore, most of us were Spaniards, consequently we only had a few opportunities to speak English.
 
 In addition, as far as accommodation is concerned, I could not speak English at home because the owners of the house were out most of the time. Moreover, I had to cook for myself, therefore I could not enjoy English cuisine.

 On top of that, the excursions to the beach and the downtown visit were cancelled for no apparent reason. In spite of the fact that we asked for information about the issue, we had no answer / reply.
 
 As you can imagine, I am very upset because I felt that I did not take advantage of the time I spent in Bristol. Therefore, I would appreciate if the money I paid for the course could be refunded.

I’m writing to you to express my dissapointment with the english course run by your agency in Cardiff along the first week in september.

Briefly, the problem is that all the information published in the leaflet given to the students was misleading.

First at all, I was really surprised when I discovered that the group  was crowded, nearly forty students per class.

In addition to this, levels were all mixed up. I have a B2 certification and some of my classmates had only a B1.

To make the matter worse, last three days our teacher didn’t speak any word, because he had a sore throat.

I strongly feel that this is an example of extremely por service. Moreover, I consider your agency to be unrelieable and unethical.

To put the things right, I want you to refund the money I paid. Any other suggestion I’m afraid is going to be unnaceptable.

I insisto n this point: supposing I had not the money withing next ten days, I will star legal actions.
