This building consists of 273 dwellings and was designed by Michiel Brinkman (1919). Its restoration was completed in 2012 and it won the 2016 World Monuments Fund/Knoll Modernism Prize.

The UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Van Nelle factory was constructed in 1920 by the Brinkman and Van der Vlught architects firm. This is one of the well-preserved Modern movement architectural constructions of the Dutch Functionalist style.

The Sonneveld House (1930s), similarly to the Van Nelle factory, was also designed by the Brinkman and Van der Vlught architectural firm, following the same Dutch Functionalist style.

The final visit of the tour is the first purpose-built pedestrian street in Europe, The Lijnbaan (1953), designed by the firm Van den Broek & Bakema.
