My biggest takeaway would be that it is easy to make people believe in something if you have their will and want to believe. The Jews were in a desperate state and believing that Jesus was the son of God was already a part of their religion, so Jesus was at that point known as the son of god. 

Yet I still wonder what separates Judaism from christianity. If Christianity formed out of jewdism, then why are they so different? Also, if they were promised the “promised land” but they still have lost it so much, how has the religion survived for so long and how have they stayed faithful to it?

My biggest takeaway from the hyperdoc is that even though Christianity and Judaisim are two of the most widespread religions in the world, they were really hated. If you had a Jewsih life back then, you had a small chance of survival. And if you were Christian, you also had a very small chance to be accepted. It wasn’t until the emperor declared himself Christian that it was ok to be Christain and Jewish. 
Some topics I still wonder about is what gave all the Jewish people hope, even though decades after Jesus died, they still never got their acceptance and what they were promised to by god
