         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Tsar Nicholas II Incompetence- Russia joined the war losing many troops in World war so Nicholas II moves to the war and led the troops leaving his power to his wife Alexandra who ran things with Rasputin, the citizens saw Alexandra as a bad leader and nobles murder Rasputin</li><li>February Revolution- Food shortages low and prices rising. Petrograd people when strikes down the streets about anti-war and food. Some soldiers would fire at the demonstrators others joined the protest. Duma gets shut c down but makes Provisional Government. Most importantly Nicholas II is abdicated from the throne.</li><li>October Revolution- Alexander Kerensky rise to power of Provisional government Kerensky did not want to end the war citizens and troops unhappy, many troops just left without the fronts unofficially. Bolsheviks opened fire at Provisional government palace as Kerensky escaped. Vladimir Lenin became the one in power.</li><li>Lenin’s New Economic Plan- Bolsheviks now in power as Communist regime(Red army) is at civil war with the white army.  NEP created to strengthen  Russian economy </li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
