Sharing best practices e.g., curriculum design, assessments, facilitation, teaching strategies, instructions, effective communication with relevant parties e.g., with students, colleagues, management, external organisations<br><br></div><div>3. Encouraging development through supportive words and actions; identifying and bridging gaps if any<br><br></div><div>4. Helping to cascade learning throughout the organisation so the organisation can strengthen its core expertise over time<br><br></div><div>5. Test-bedding ideas and learning from the experience with the intention of sharing and applying the good ideas <br><br></div><div>I imagine a metaphor of building and strengthening bridges both online and offline and acting as a coach:)</div>]]></description>

Help mentee discover his/her strengths and weaknesses; develop his/her unique style and give mentee the confidence to explore, experiment and enjoy the process.<br><br></div><div>Qualities/traits and experience of the mentor help shape the style the mentor adopts when mentoring. Similarly qualities/traits and background of the mentee also shape how he/she respond to the mentoring relationship.<br><br></div><div>Confidentiality is important.</div>]]></description>
