Things to remember by SMCC/Unity

You need to be counting your till at the beginning and end of your shift. If your till does not start at $50 and you sign the funds transfer ledger saying that it did, whatever the amount it was off will be your responsibility.

We do NOT sell public showers at Unity. There is only one shower stall there so if someone wants a shower they need to be going to SMCC. I know someone is selling showers over at Unity because I have people ask for them when I am covering and say they shower there often. This is per Brandy and all Merit staff.

Remember to check the trade board in WTW if you are interested in picking up shifts.

Rental process

I will be implementing a sign in process for room rentals as soon as Brandy and I figure out what information we want on it. Basically, people will sign in when they get here, list how many people they expect, check whether it has been paid for, and likely initial on their way out. This just gives us a better system of tracking the rentals.

I am also putting together a survey for people who do rent a room, so please give them to people when they come in.

I'll have all of this information at the SMCC desk ASAP.
