Lysol wipes kill influenza. Keeping children and other family memebers. Cleans up surfaces which souldn't have food contact.

2. Antibacterial soap

Also kills numerous viruses which helps prevent the spreading of diseases but can be used for human grooming unlike lysol wipes.
