Charles I had also believed in the divine right of kings that struggled with parliament over their taxation, religion, and governance continued. that led to dissolving the governed body multiple times without permission. Conflict escalated which Charles forces were called "Royalists" in 1642. Which ended in defeat for James and the Royalists; that had got James I executed for treason against his country.

I as in Oliver Cromwell was a Puritan Army General Because How much success I have in the civil war and crowned for the Lord Protector. I ruled England til death which was til 1658, before I changed the government of England by abolishing the monarchy and establishing the Commonwealth. Which made me known for the execution of James I and ruling England's as a military dictator.

I was the Catholic brother of Charles II; and will be the last Roman Catholic King of England, Ireland, and Scotland. But with England being majority Protestant another one of their Catholic King's might upset them and later on face a lot of challenges. Because of all the challenges happening the Glorious Revolution of England began with James II, He negotiated transfer of power.

Mary the daughter of King James II but was raised with protestant unlike her father. She married her first cousin William of orange. Who was a Protestant dutch prince. The parliament had completed the overthrow of James II they had asked Mary and William to rule as a Protestant alternative. Their rules had begun the constitutional monarchy and their reign was known for passing the English Bill Of Rights in 1689 which officially limited the monarchy.
