I am learning how to check on the status of my students and how to make a group with my class. I have not quite mastered it, but it is a work in progress. I really like the option of choosing our place and pace. It gives us opportunity to work in small groups or independently. It is much easier to work online and look at content rather than everyone looking on one screen with a larger group.

I went through two DE learning modules-one for learning how to navigate and another on how DE can be used for ELL's. B.I liked this way of learning because it gave me the freedom to chose PD that was something I needed to learn more about, but I still like meeting together at the beginning at least to launch us.

Didn't really find what would help the students I am supporting but it was exciting. I liked this style of learning because it gave me a chance to learn more about topics that I plan on using in my classroom. I also liked the freedom to pick my own pace.

B.  Love, love love this way of working on blended learning.  We NEVER have time to just try stuff out, and look through Canvas, explore technology etc.  Thank you.

I am excited to think about what else can happen towards our school goal on Friday with the same fluid format. People seem energized and are becoming knowledgeable about the technology  available.
