I was finishing my Associate degree when she found it, and we were both very interested. We decided to start the Wellness Coaching certification last semester ( for me a little spontaneously), and Jo inspired me to get the degree in addition to it.

Though I was introduced to this class as a requirement of the degree I am very excited to see what it's all about. As a psychology enthusiast, I am most excited to learn about the 'psycho' part of PNI and see how it connects to everything else.

Ader made these discoveries when doing conditioning on rats. He found that conditioning had both a "psychological effect via avoidance as well as a neurological and biological effect, as the effects of the drug were shown through both the injected and non-injected rats" (Psychoneuroimmunology: A New Approach to Curing Diseases, 2016).
