We guess it’s not a big deal because he doesn’t fully understand the harm of watching it. However, what he might not realize is that regular exposure to such content can negatively affect his understanding of healthy relationships. It could also impact his emotional well-being, and even contribute to addiction-like behaviors. He may continue thinking there’s nothing wrong, unaware of the deeper consequences.

I disagree. Watching pornography can cause sexual addicition and sexual issues, causing people to do something they want but someone else does not. While possessing, distributing, or selling pornographic materials is illegal, watching it privately is not illegal.

I disagree. My classmate who just started watching pornography as he/she is not supposed to watch it as he is underage. He/She should also get into counselling as his/her behavior has changed. I would suggest his parents to restrict his devices so that he would not be able to access this type of content.

"watching pornography is no big deal" is actually a very big deal to us parents, watching pornography at a young age is harmful & lead to addiction & addiction is hard to control or stop. watching pornography at a young age can also defect the brain which makes it bad for the mental health. the time on watching pornography can be used for more meaningful stuff. the explicit images or videos on pornography can also ruin the mindset of how people see others. watching pornography in other ways can also educate, at the appropriate age, is useful but also risky. watching it can also change their perspective on the opposite gender. addiction is scary because it makes the eyes turn lustful & the mind addicted. as most parents would say, porn is bad and i wouldnt want my child to watch it but as they grow older, turning the appropriate age it is okay. but learning about sex education is nessecary even when the child is young.
