That which we see can obscure the true meaning of something; especially in the arts.  There is value in providing space for reflecting and revealing why something happens. 

Beauty doesn't necessary mean kindness or that it will align with one's own values. In someways we can conceal something that is not necessarily positive and can in turn conceal the true "ugly" nature of a thing.
