Take out and shred. Put back in crockpot with salsa, use enough to cover chicken (I usually use 1 1/2 jars). Cook @1 hour. Serve with chopped onion, cilantro and cheese on a corn tortilla. Squeeze some lime on top (I usually cook the tortilla a little on the stove to make it a little crispier so it doesn't break)

You can definitely use Rotisserie chicken or bake it if you do not want to use crockpot. Just add shredded chicken to saucepan with salsa.

Sounds weird I know, but my kids love it. Just make some rice, cube the spam and brown it in a skillet. Once the rice is done add it and a bag of frozen peas to the skillet and serve.
My family likes to add a little sriracha sauce on top. (if you don't like spam, it's good with ground beef or turkey. You just need to add some spices)

-1 Can of Original Pillsbury Biscuits (1 biscuit makes 4 donut holes-so I usually get the small can)
-Vegetable Oil (I usually use about 1 1/2 cups)
Whatever Toppings You Prefer (These are what we usually use)
-Powdered Sugar
-Regular Sugar
-Cinnamon

Heat the oil in a small saucepan on medium heat. Divide the biscuit into fourths and roll into a ball. Place one into the oil gently and if small bubbles surround the donut hole then the oil is hot enough. I usually cook 4 at a time once the oil is warm enough. Let cook on one side until browned (a minute or 2) then flip over. Once finished remove from the oil and place on paper towel on plate.

We put the powered sugar in a ziplock and in another ziplock combine sugar and cinnamon then let the kids drop their's into their preferred bag and shake a few times and now you have a yummy treat!
