This website briefly describes why as of this year, researchers are starting to belief that Amelia Earhart's disappearance has been solved with the discovery of human remains which is the theory that she crashed and died as a castaway. A reason for belief in this article could be Simplicity, this is shown by having a set of bones wash up on shore and everyone saying "They're Amelia's bones" when in reality, they could be anyone's bones because there are so many in the ocean. A red flag is Proof by Verbosity because they are providing huge evidence with the bones and information saying "they match Amelia's so they must be hers" to make their statement seem true.

This website explains another theory about Amelia Earhart's disappearance with the discovery of a photograph. The photograph is believed to show Earhart, her flying partner and their plane in Japan which is the theory that she was captured by the Japanese. Personally I can't find any red flags or reasons for belief in the article but there are a few limitations. Some limitations including another researcher saying that there's no way that the photo could be of Amelia because the "hair is too long."

This website talks about if the search for Amelia Earhart will ever end. A red flag in this article could be Appeal to Authority. This article is published by the Smithsonian Magazine and includes numerous researchers putting in their ideas and thoughts to make theories seem more possible than they might be. A reason for belief could be Unexplained. This is because there are still so many thoughts and theories about Amelia's disappearance that no one has a clear idea of what actually happened to her.

This photo is the photo referenced in my 3rd post about the theory that Amelia was captured by the Japanese. The photo is grainy but it is believed to feature Amelia, her flying partner and their plane. Like I stated in my post with the website, I can't find any red flags or reasons for belief within the photo but there are limitations as new evidence has come out that she died as a castaway

A reason for belief in this photo could be Unexplained because we still have no idea to this day what happened to her but because there are so many theories and no evidence we have no idea what happened.

This photo identifies the theory that Earhart and her flight partner were actually spies for the United States Government and were flying to gather information on the Japanese. A red flag could be appeal to authority because it is involving the government and they're "hiding" that she was a spy by using the aviator coverup.

They discuss how the crash and sank theory just doesn't make sense and look into other theories such as the few I have previously mentioned including that she died as a castaway or she was captured by the Japanese.
