         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>1. In 1611 Shakespeare retired to live 5 more years until his death. <br><br>2. He didn't sit around all day while he retired, Shakespeare had been monitoring his financial interests. <br><br>3. He also still helped younger "play writers" with their work after he retired.<br><br>4. He had time to spare with his granddaughter Elizabeth to play with.<br><br>5. His Final week. During the final week of his life his 2 friends <a href="http://www.nosweatshakespeare.com/resources/shakespeare-contemporaries/ben-jonson-poet-playwright/">Ben Jonson</a> and <a href="http://www.nosweatshakespeare.com/resources/shakespeare-contemporaries/michael-drayton-1563-1631/">Michael Drayton</a> visited him and entertained him while he was dying.
