My first day doing SIEP 3 at Rz Anika Ent. I came to the spa at 10 am and I was introduced to the staff. I meet Mrs. Fazilah Senum which is the owner of the spa . My first day in this spa was not doing too much works . I just asking about my job as a staff in the spa. I also walked around to see the surrounding of the spa. Mrs. Fazilah told the needed I must do as long I worked as workers in the spa such as cleaning the room in the spa, pick up dirty clothes, handle booking customer via calls,  manage customers and others. 

Second day, for the routine work in the morning, I was clean the floor and I will make sure the room was clean and tidy. I also was handle customer who come to the spa for doing massage. After the customer was leave, I will clean up the katil and change new kain for the next customers who want to massage.
