"It isn't fun anymore". He is telling her how he feels about her and their relationship and why they should break up. He is explaining why they shouldn't be together anymore.

"I feel as though everything was gone to hell inside of me". Nick is going through a lot of things inside of him and he is trying to explain. He is trying to talk about how he is gay and how to him it kinda feels wrong but its who he is now.

"Oh go away Bill".

Nick breaks up with Marjorie

"It isn't fun any more. Not any of it." "I feel as though everything was gone to hell inside of me. I don't know, Marge. I don't know what to say."
Explanation: The reason why Nick broke up with Marjorie is due to Nick wanting some kind of change in his life. He stated that the relationship that he and Marjorie had no longer was any fun. Indicating that it was not working out for him to be in a relationship with her anymore.
The change that he is wanting in his life could also be to get out of this relationship that is not allowing himself to be with who he actually wants to be with.
Nick Pushes Bill away after he breaks up with Marjorie

"Oh, go away, Bill! Go away for a while."
Explanation: He wanted to be alone for a bit after having just broken up with Marjorie. He could be feeling overwhelmed due to how he just broke up with Marjorie and is now hanging out with Bill right after she left. So it could be that everything is happening to fast and he wants to be alone to process everything that happened. Instead of having gone directly to Bill after breaking up with Marjorie but he still wants bill to be around him.

Marjorie and Bill both seem to care for Nick. They are attentive to his expressions and ask if he is ok.
"What's really the matter?" - Marjorie
"How do you feel?" - Bill
After Nick breaks up with Marjorie she doesn't have much of a reaction but she immediately gets up and walks away from him and she does not accept his help pushing the boat. She might have been hurt and confused as to why Nick would break up with her and wanted sometime to process everything
"You can walk back around the point." "All right," Nick said. " I'll push the boat off for you." "You don't need to," she said.
When Nick asks Bill to go away, Bill gives Nick some space because he knows how hard it was for Nick to end the relationship.
"Bill selected a sandwich from the lunch basket and walked over to look at the rods."

Nick seems to be more open/closer with Bill than with Marjorie

Example: "Did she go all right?" Bill said. "Yes," Nick said, lying, his face on the blanket. "Have a scene?" "No, there wasn't any scene." "How do you feel?" "Oh, go away, Bill! Go away for a while." Bill selected a sandwich from the lunch basket and walked over to have a look at the rods.
Explanation: He is easily able to communicate with Bill that he is upset and needs to be alone. Whereas with Marjorie he had difficulty with even breaking up with her and telling her how he felt.
Nick seems to be more awkward with Marjorie

Example: He was afraid to look at Marjorie. Then he looked at her. She sat there with her back toward him. He looked at her back. "It isn't fun any more. Not any of it." She didn't say anything. He went on. "I feel as though everything was gone to hell inside of me. I don't know, Marge. I don't know what to say."
Explanation: Nick does not manage to communicate clearly with Marjorie until he is not facing directly at here.
