I think this program was successful at first but with the time more and more loans were borrowed so it because a really unsuccessful because the people that would borrow the money could not pay back and the people that loaned it no longer had any money .

No this program was not a responsible use of federal funding because many people that has a lot of money lost it all so they were no longer able to make purchases and help the economy.

Some people might be critical of the program i was assigned because although the people that were giving the loans had money they were never sure they would get the money back and a lot of people did not which was bad for many people.
