         <description><![CDATA[<div>In order to manage the Gemsbok in NM I think the game and fish should have  a hunt for them giving up to anywhere between 500 permits and 1500 permits per year. They can also capture some and re-release them into the wild in Africa. This could lower the numbers every year by at least 500, and with the reproduction of these animals they would end up making more to compensate for the losers the have induced.</div>]]></description>
