According to many laws, this application can cause a distruptions  to the company.
It's still possible to use this application, but we should make sure that all employes are already informed that their smartphones contain the app.

Some employees spend their time using company resources for personal use (gambling, social media, games, saving their files on company's servers, making unauthorised use of telecommunications system...etc). 

Monitoring employees allows you to watch for mistakes and errors throughout the workday.
When you see an employee making errors you may confront them about it.

In general, tapping into the wires enables you to check the electronic system, emails ans phone calls and trigger an alarm in case of trying to abuse the company (sending confidential documents, receiving unwanted phone calls, accessing prohibeted website...etc).

Some employees may feel offended at being spied on, and this can create tension within the company and lead to legal action.

it causes stress to employees and can negatively affect productivity.
