Sampson biting his thumb showed the anger between the Capulets and Montuegues. It may have been seen as a small playful act but instead there was much more to it. This showed how the dislike between rivals is really important to the story and how it is the reason behind Romeo and Juliets sad ending. My art piece demonstrates a moment in scene 2-3 about when Romeo flees. He has to leave to protect himself and Juliet. Romeo killed Tybalt out of anger. I made the insides of the windows and openings dark because it's normally dim in churches and candles don't give off a whole lot of light. In this story i am blaming romeo juliet tybalt and mercutio. The reason I am blaming them is because I think they could have all done something different to better the story. One of the most important things that could have been changed was tybalt killing mercutio and romeo killing tybalt. If this would not have happened romeo wouldn't have been banished and juliet wouldn't have to worry about romeo getting killed.

Romeo and Juliet should have told their parents that they were in love and married. I think if they would have done that their families would have come together and stopped being at war and accepted that Romeo and Juliet were in love. I also think that If Romeo was told that Juliet had taken a potion to put herself to sleep for A day that Romeo wouldn't have killed Himself and Juliet wouldn't have killed herself Also. I think that if Romeo would have known earlier that Juliet was asleep he would have waited for her to wake up and Neither of them would be dead.
