DAY 1

On my first day, I have been given explaination regarding the task that I need to do in the company which is I learn to filling the detergent into bottles, clean up the bottles before filling, and arrange the product in front of the shop. After the explaination session, I follow the task practically. So, for the whole day I just doing this.

 

DAY 2

On my second day, in the morning until noon I just do the yesterday task which is clean up the bottles, filling the detergent into the bottles and arrange the product that has been fill before. After the break, I follow the boss for the product delivering service to the place that have been defined.

 

DAY 3

On my third day, I just repeating the same thing on the second day. But, all the filling session have different type of detergents. On this day, I filling the Dish Wash detergent, Bright Bleach detergent and Gel Pine detergent. After the break, I pick the detergent that need to deliver into the delivery vehicle.

 

DAY 4

On my forth day,I still do the same thing in the morning and before the noon. I I interviewed the boss about the company's background and S.W.O.T analysis. On the evening,  I went with the boss to deliver the product to a nearby area.

 

DAY 5

On my fifth day, in the morning, I clean all the new bottles that have been delivered. It is because after Jumaat prayer, I just filling the detergent that have been process and arrange the product at the product shelves.

 

DAY 6

On my sixth day, From morning to evening I just doing the delivery product at the place that have been defined. On this day, I have learned how to deal with customers and communicate to them. 

 

DAY 7

On my seventh day, I just repeating the same task like on my second day. After the break, there has no delivering services. Then, I was told to be in the store to serve customers who come for a walk-in. From that I learned to be confident to deal with customers.

 

DAY 8

On my eighth day, in the morning, I repeating the same thing like clean up the bottles, and filling the detergent. On this day, I filling the Car Care detergent product which is Car Shampoo, Tyre Wax, Engine Degreaser, Glass Cleaner. But, on this Car Care product, I need to fill in the small bottles which is 400ml bottle, 600ml bottle and 1L bottle and fill in the large bottles which is 10L bottle. After the break, I just following the boss to delivery the product.

 

DAY 9

On my ninth day, I repeating the same task like clean up the bottles, and filling the detergent. But, on this day, I was taught to fill some detergents using the old method of product filling by hand. This method was used at the beginning of the company's establishment. Then, I goes to delivering product at the hostel dining hall that the contractor who make a contract with MBB detergents.

 

DAY 10

On my last day, in the morning, I just doing the task that I have did before. After the break, the boss just doing sharing session about company. The boss also teach and give advise how build the business and how to manage the business properly.
