I feel like my spotify songs have an awesome mix of male and female artists. Although some of the genres that I listen to tend to be dominated by one sex or the other. It has helped me express emotions that maybe I cannot at times because it is so raw and full of emotion. On the other hand I think the metal music is really effective at creating a masculine image because almost all metal bands have male singers with long hair and tattoos or muscles. The man above is a rap artist who goes by the stage name "logic". This is a quote from a speech he gave after a performance at the Grammys. I highlighted the part of the speech that helps break down the barriers of masculinity and even feminism. It brings a message of unity and that no matter what gender,  we can build a better country

I think that these two music videos do a great job breaking down masculinity barriers that other music and aspects of society have built up. These two music videos illustrate two men going through a normal "masculine" life but end up falling in love with another man.
