She and her little sister is adopted.

2.She actually knows her real mom.

The real reason her real mom doesn't take care of them is because her body does not break down a lot of sugar and that cut the blood circulation to her legs to she had to cut the off and she cant take of them anymore.

he helped Ghost and his mom by letting them hide in his store when Ghost's dad was trying to shoot them.
He thinks that his family makes fun of him for having a small store because his sister and his brother have a lot of money and have big jobs.
He cares about Ghost because he gave him the world records holders.

2.His dad drank a lot and slapped Otis for wanting to change the channel to watch the olympics and one of his tooth was chipped.

3.His dad stole his gold medal and sold it to buy alcohol and then he drank too much and he died.

4 He got a tattoo of his golden medal on his chest.

5." You see this tattoo?" he asked. It was a dark band diving down his curly chest hair. "It's my Olympic medal."
