There are several different mating systems observed in the animal kingdom, each with its own unique characteristics. For example monogamy, polygamy, and promisciuty. For this activity I choose monogamy. Monogamy is a form of sexual bonding involving an exclusive pair bond between two individuals.  One of the mating process that I choose in monogamy is incubation. Both the male and female take turns incubating the eggs, with each taking 4-5 hour shifts. This shared parental responsibility is a characteristic of monogamous mating systems.</div>]]></description>
