I don’t see anyone as tough or unapproachable to talk to. I prefer to interact first, then form my opinion based on how things go. Once I get a sense of who they are, I either continue the relationship or quietly step back.

People sometimes say I come off as bossy, but I see myself as someone who listens to everyone’s ideas. It’s just that if I have a different take or suggest something else, it’s sometimes seen as me not being open which isn’t the case at all.
