         <description><![CDATA[<div>Transgender refers to people who identify or express a different gender than their assigned sex at birth.Within the United states 1 million people identify as  transgender,  2,351 out of the million were diagnosed with HIV from 2009 to 2014. The percentage of transgender people who received a new HIV diagnosis from the 3.3 million HIV testing events was more than 3 times the national average, CDC reported.HIV prevalence is about 19·1% in transgender women.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Transgender people have multiple factors that increase their risk of getting HIV including, The absence of condoms or medicines to prevent HIV, multiple sexual partners, commercial sex work, shared syringes from injected hormones and drugs, substance abuse, incarceration, mental health  issues, homelessness, unemployment, violence and lack of family support compare to the common population.</title>
