         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>How many days out of the time period were you successful at the goal?<ul><li>I slacked on this one a bit. I did get upset and I did not allow myself to process it. (negative emotions)&nbsp;</li><li>With positive emotions I actually did not think about the moment. I just felt the laughs roll through and the smile get bigger and that safe feeling rush over me. </li></ul></li><li>What barriers/challenges did you encounter to accomplishing your goals?<ul><li>Barriers: None. I know what I should have done.&nbsp;</li><li>Challenges: I went back to pushing my feeling, emotions, and thoughts to the side to try and protect someone else feelings. This caused me to have a bit of moment persay.&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>What strengths did you use to be successful?<ul><li>Well, I did not. I was in a full blown panic attack. I tried some breathing exercise while it was happening, but I was too far gone.&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>What is your plan to be successful?          <title>How do stress and perception of stress affect your well-being?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As a college most of us are stressed. Stress can naturally effect the body by turning into physical pain, upping your blood pressure, causing stomach pains, cause sleep problems, and headaches. I describe the perception of stress as very panic and anxiety like. It feels that those two emotions are ganging up on me. This is effects my well-being by causing me to want to hide-away and ignore what is stressing me out. On the other hand, stress is not always a bad thing in small doses. A small of stress keeps me on my toes and motivated to get whatever needs to be done, done. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I will be honest I truly do not want kids. Yes, I know everyone says "oh you will later", but I do not. My genes suck. When it come to partnership I think I need to truly need to know how the my partner is raised, so I have an idea on how they think house hold chores and bills and all the other funky fresh things should be divided. With that I hope compromise can be achieved. I believe that things should be split equally. This could easily make my future a bit strained because the other person may not feel the same. This would probably make me feel as if the house/relationship is not being built evenly, so there is rocky territory that can cause unwanted or silly issues to blanket the true problem. I think some things that can help keep my social and well-being up, is still try and keep some of the goals. Mainly the mindfulness. I still have a long way to go on that. </div>]]></description>
