good: well organised, queries were clarified well and was quite smooth throughout, was also very clear about the roles and responsibilities we had to do

improvement: the amount of people doing queue was abit excessive in the afternoon, felt like did not need so much manpower for the queue

think that the allocation for break timings could also be improved, like i think the 11am break is abit too close to the start of vivace

Don’t have to be so fierce towards crew members, it’s a vivace after all everyone wants to have fun, as long as we do our job, can close one eye… for example crew wants to take a 100Plus drink Cus I was very thirsty, but one of the exco came up to me and told me “this is your last warning…” I was dumbfounded tbh.

improve: i think the goodie bags packing area in the morning was quite messy as we were given different instructions, delaying the setup of the goodie bags area a bit, so hopefully things will be clearer tomorrow when we set up the goodie bags area again :)
