This candy is interesting from its name: kẹo chỉ (kẹo tơ hồng). It's candy but it looks like a cake. Ingredients of it  include sugar, rice paper, peanut, flour, coconut milk, condensed milk, sesame.
When you bite a piece of candy you will feel the sweetness of sugar mixed with rice paper, then the fat of the coconut cakes mixed with the taste of each fresh coconut fiber, the aroma of roasted peanuts, the sweetness of condensed milk and all that makes a special taste.
But now this candy is no longer popular. So in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Saigon, if you want to remember childhood, visit Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy to find the sweet taste of candy in the old days. Each costs only 5,000 dong. It is very cheap, right?
And of course, this is also one of my favorite food. And you cannot find this special candy in any countries in the world except Vietnam. For me, it's very delicious.
Это очень любимая закуска старого времени. Эта конфета интересна от её имени: kẹo chỉ (kẹo tơ hồng). Это конфета, но эта похожа на торт. Ингредиенты включают сахар, рисовую бумагу, арахис, муку, кокосовое молоко, сгущённое молоко, кунжут.
Когда вы кусаете кусочек конфеты, вы почувствуете сладость сахара, смешанного с рисовой бумагой, затем жир кокосовых пирогов вместе со вкусом каждого свежего кокосового волокна, аромат жареных арахиса, сладость сгущенного молока и все это делает особый вкус.
Но теперь эта конфета больше не популярна. Поэтому в Сайгоне, если вы хотите вспомнить детство, посетите Педагогический университет Хо Ши Мина, чтобы найти сладкий вкус конфет в старые времена. Каждый из них стоит всего 5000 донгов. Это очень дешёво, правда?
