I am not one of the bystanders who are so dumb enough to just stand there and watch someone getting hurt or beat up. I would tell an adult because it is the right thing to do. It's better to tell a teacher than  seeing it and not saying anything. If you witness it and say nothing at all, you're technically being a bully too because you're not helping the person at all. I would try and find the nearest, responsible adult. I would then explain what I saw, (if I know) who did it, and what I think the reason is. I feel comfortable because bullying is wrong. It can lower someone's Self-Esteem. Bullying is  a bad thing to do. Bullies bully other people because they have either been bullied before or they are hurt inside, so they want to push the pressure off on other people.
