How do you administer a screener off-level, so you can have a baseline score for off-level progress monitoring?

COMPefficiency is not available off grade level for screening. We are hoping this will be developed for next year, but cannot confirm that. A workaround might be to simply start progress monitoring off-grade and adjust goals as you get a few PM scores into the system.
