Yes i will join this dance in the video. Firstly, dancing allows our body to be more healthier and flexible. It will make us be able to do more sports such as gymnastics, it can also enhance our physical mobility and endurance <del>capabilities</del>, making us better in sports and overall fitter in appearance wise. As the saying goes ‘healthy body healthy mind’, by keeping fit and healthy, we will naturally be more positive and happier. Especially in this covid-19 pandemic, it would help liven up our moods and keep us fit especially during such trying times. I will be the enthusiastic person dancing at the middle as i want to show off my dancing skills to everyone.

When i was in primary school my mother signed me up for waterpolo lessons. I started when i was 9 and before then i had never heard or knew anything about the sport. So going in with no experience caused me to take a <del>so i took</del> longer time to understand the sport and its rules. Furthermore, after going for training for awhile i realised that compared to others i had no competitive swimming experience so i was less fit then the rest which made me feel unmotivated. then this caused me to progress slower in training.

After awhile of losing motivation for the sport i talked to my coach and he told me that my weakness was actually my strength. <del>in actual fact</del> although i was not as fast as the rest i was the perfect player to be centre which was an important role, due to my large physique and strength.

This made me more motivated and slowly I went for training more regularly and in my free time i spend more time watching waterpolo matches and to understand the sport.

Looking back i grateful that i learn to persevere. If i had given up without <del>asking</del> consulting my coach i would have never to gotten to being in the national youth waterpolo team. Throught this, I have developed confidence in myself and a zest for learning new things in life. with this expedience i've applied to other aspects of my life and like my studies where i know to continue to work hard even when i don't know how to do something

<del>indeed .</del> I agree that a happy person is a healthy person. I believe that in life ,we should treasure the process and not the results. In the process, one may face obstacles however with a positive mindset and the ability to see the good in any situation, <del>happy mood</del>, it forms an impregnable mind for the person to overcome any obstacles faced. Hence when a happy person is met with an obstacle, the person will definitely be able to overcome it with no stress in mind and this will gradually become a healthy practice for one's lifestyle. <del>Another reason why I agree with the statement is because being happy helps us be more positive thus prevent us from beinh negative which</del> Therefore, being happy helps with our mental strength and also improve our relationship with other people.

However, some may say that being happy is actually makes someone unhealthy as being happy makes us not worry about stuff that are harming our bodies. One may become complacent and end up doing things that harm our health. for example smoking or drinking and this thus makes us more unhealthy.

However, there are ways to make us both happy n healthy at the same time. Research has shown that exercising releases certain hormones which makes us happier. 'Happy' hormones such as dopamines and endorphines are good for our physical body as well. Thus exercising can make us more healthy and also happy at the same time.

i disagree that a happy person is a healthy person.

Some people uses workout as a way of emotional or stress <del>releaser</del> reliever from their personal life. For example, i have a friend who had went through a breakup and whenever he feels depressed, he would hit <del>up</del> the gym instead of really expressing and going through the whole process. now he has defined muscles I worry for him as he is exercising excessively without giving his body time to recover and rest. Thus, some people may see exercising as a form of escape from the problems and sadness in their lives so I disagree that a happy person is a healthy person. <del>but i believe mentally he is not as strong as his muscles. </del>

Secondly i do not think that a healthy person is happy . It takes time to be fit and healthy but that comes at a cost. People have to take a lot of time out of their day just to do their daily fitness routine. Some might dread doing it but the only thing that keeps them going is to look better and once they hit their goal they would then need to keep up their fitness. And for some once they hit their goal in fitness they had to take many sacrifices such as eating foods that they need but not what they want . There are many people who end up getting frustrated that they have to make drastic changes to their diets and lifestyles to attain their fitness goals. The price is their happiness and some may even lose the motivation and give up altogether. so I disagree that a happy person is a healthy person.

However, on the other hand there are still many that keep themselves active ,by doing activities such as running ,swimming or cycling hence these leisure activities act as a form of having fun . These hobbies can release hormones such as dopamines and endorphins which uplifts one's mood and makes one happy.

In conclusion, <del>since the cons outweigh the pros</del>.Qn is NOT about pros and cons. I still believe that being a happy person does not actually show that they are a healthy person. Personally, for me, I am generally a happy person although I may not work out or watch my diet all the time... INSERT PERSONAL EXPERIENCE / EXAMPLE PLS.

I personally would not want to join the dance shown in the video. I can tell that it is being held in the middle of a mall where a instructor standing in the middle and was leading the dance . Loud music was blasted and that it is attracting attention from people who was patronising the mall which makes me uneasy as I do not like to be watched by a myriad of people. As a dancer myself , this genre of dance is not my cup of tea. I would much rather prefer to go hip hop classes at a dance studio and be mixed around with people I am comfortable with instead of joining a dance with a lot of strangers around me. And that I really enjoy the genre hip hop and I see it as a form of exercise as some hip hop dances incorporates a lot of fast-paced movements and jumps which really trains one’s stamina . I believe that the dance shown in the video was for the older aged people as most of the people who were dancing along was the people of an older aged.

in conclusion, I would not ever join a dance like the one in the video as I do not feel comfortable dancing with people i do not know and to dance at a place that is filled with people whom I am not comfortable with.

i will definitely join a dance like this. As i will feel relaxed and i enjoy dancing with a crowd of people around me.This kind of dance allows me to destress as i am able to let me body rest and exercise at the same time. I think the video was shot at a community centre with people doing zumba classes or maybe it is a community activity with residents doing zumba. I have participated in such dance with so many people before. Remembering the time when i did it with my family and other strangers doing zumba. Although my family and i did not know the strangers there but we actually did the dance together. At the start i felt awkward but as the time passed the awkwardness worn off. <del>gone off</del>. In conclusion, if i was given another chance to join that kind of dance i will definitely do it again and i will definitely ask my friends to join me so that i can bond with my friends to know more about them and explore this new hobby together.

Ever since a young age, I have been a shy person. I've always kept to myself and had very few close friends, only acquaintances and classmates. I always aspired to be a confident speaker . <del>more self confident. Until I started going to S</del> In secondary School where I met this very outgoing, confident and bubbly person. She was the total opposite of who I was. Being close friends with her helped me see the world differently. And this inspired me to become more self confident. Every time my classmates and I had a group project that we needed to present, I volunteered to practice speaking in front of an audience. My friend even practised with me in front of a mirror and she gave me honest feedback to improve on my oratorical skills. Eventually, I overcame all my fears and my self confidence increased tremendously. I no longer feel anxious in a new environment as I know that as long as I'm confident enough it will be easy to adapt. I am proud of myself that I managed to become a different and better version of myself in the 4 years I have spent in Secondary School.

I don’t think I would ever join a dance like the one in the video. I think the video was taken somewhere outside of a mall before pandemic era or maybe during the weekends. The video shows a really large crowd of mostly older people following the dance instructor moving along with the music. They are all dancing in unison and seems really passionate about dancing. Personally I don’t want to join a dance as I am a introverted person therefore I don’t like activities that require me to put myself out in public<del> and</del> It seems extremely crowded and I would feel like I'm being squeezed and not have enough space. Compared to this I would prefer something like staying at home to watch my favourite shows or to just relax and read a book.

I prefer not to participate in a dance like the one showed in video. I personally am a introvert and would find it awkward in such a situation. If I were to be there, I would find it hard to interact with many people as there is clearly a huge age gap for us to even relate to one another when having a conversation. Though, in the video shows a massive number of people coming together to dance to the song blaring in the room. Everyone are following along to the person the stage in an energetic, vibrant manner. There were some participants who were chatting among each other while following along the dance. It seems like a harmonious activity for these people who seem to enjoy the attention and company of others. However, this is not my cup of tea and I would rather...

i agree with the statement that a happy person is a healthy person. firstly, a healthy person would not have to worry about having frequent health issues. having health issues in Singapore can be pretty frightening as the prices for healthcare services can skyrocket depending on the severity of<del> type of</del> illness you have. as the person would not have to frequent the hospital, they would not have to worry about having a lot of financial issues. with lesser health issues, they can spend more time with their friends and family too, making them happy.

secondly, when a person is healthy, they usually have a positive outlook on their life. a positive outlook on things can lead to having lesser health issues. this ends up leaving the person with a more positive mentality and help them become <del>heavier. </del> Being happy releases feel good hormones such as dopamine and endorphins which improves their mental health as well. One is able to face a challenge with calm and positivity, strengthening one's mind and spirit.

however, some people may disagree saying that a happy person may not necessarily be a healthy person or that a healthy person may not be happy. INCOMPLETE; UNGRADED
