Deanna, I'm so torn between being really excited for you and really upset that you're leaving. You've been the heart of this team for as long as you've worked here, and have truly made work fun. Thank you so much for everything you've done to make sure everyone feels included and heard, and for helping us to actually celebrate birthdays. Deanna you have been such a huge help and inspiration to me since day 1. You are a MST wizard and have helped me grow each day with your support and patience. No matter my question or predicament you always made me feel heard and valued. It is very bittersweet that you are leaving but I am so excited for you and this next chapter for you. If you are ever in Texas I would love to show you around and take you to Magnolia Farms for pastries that will blow your mind more than the Ted Lasso biscuits!

Deanna, it's been an honor to work with you. You bring so much joy and happiness to this team by celebrating everyone's work, birthdays, and achievements. No wonder collaborating and talking to people is something you love. I am truly grateful for your support and motivation since the day I joined. You made me feel so comfortable talking to you and made my transition to the new role and processes easier than I could imagine. Oh my god.... I was really shocked when MC delivered the news of you leaving us :( But truly I am happy for your new achievement. Trust me, you have made my onboarding so easy. I was so nervous but since the day one, you were so cheerful that made me calm. You ensured to log-in early to clear our doubts just so we don't have to stay late. You have such a kind heart and you are genuinely very very sweet. I'll miss how you randomly start any fun topic just to break silence during team meets. I have never watched Yoda (not sure it's a movie or series) but I promise I am going to watch it super soon... I hope that we'll get a chance to meet in person and if you ever come here, I would be honored to show you around. Thank you so much for all your awesomeness. Hey Deanna!
You're a true gem :) From day 1 until today, you made everything so comfortable for me. I knew in any situation you will be there to support and help. TBH, it really feels like things won't be the same.
But I also wish you have a great start at what you're planning to do next.
I am really going to miss the part where I would have very little work-related to discuss in our 1-on-1 but still, I would run out of time as there would be so much other stuff to discuss.

You're a rockstar and a charm to work with! People who are going to have your company are soooo lucky. Thank you for everything you did for us. I am so happy that I will be able to be in touch with you.

It would be awesome if we meet someday! I wish the universe plans something that either you visit India or I come to the US in the future :D

Hi Deanna,

It's definitely bittersweet and I'm writing this with a heavy heart but I wish you all the best for your new adventure! Thank you for being an amazing mentor and for guiding me since the beginning! You are such a light and I admire so much the positive attitude you radiate in any circumstance. I'm so glad I got to work with you and I honestly always looked forward to our 1:1 - always very helpful and fun.

I hope that you will visit Barcelona soon and that we would get to meet in person! Let's keep in touch and keep gossiping about Disney Channel teen dramas haha

It's not easy writing this message and I am really sad you are leaving.

You were the first person in Gartner that I interacted with, although via email. Since then you have been nothing but helpful, kind, and a joy to interact with. You made my onboarding so easy and I loved our 1:1s. I can't say this enough, thank you for everything.

Your spark and positive vibes are what I'll miss the most.
I'm sure you will do great things wherever life takes you and continue being the bright star you are. Wishing you all the luck and success for your next adventure!

I'm not going to get too sappy on here, but it has been such an honor and joy to work with you for the past few years. You've always made work fun while still doing an incredible job and whoever comes next will have the biggest shoes ever to fill. You truly have been such a bright light for everyone, especially during these difficult pandemic years - and I think many of us really, really needed that.

I have no doubt that you are going to kill it in your next adventure and I can't wait to see all the amazing things that you will do. Obviously, we will keep in touch - so this is not goodbye but rather hello to a whole new chapter :)

Of course, you were a wonderful coworker and friend and I'll never forget that. I enjoyed sharing cheery conversations about nothing and everything and will always treasure those memories. However, we both know what the real tragedy is: We never got to exchange homemade peanut butters. :(

This is a double whammy, both bittersweet. First you becoming Team Lead and I can no longer work with you to design pages for my vendors. Now you leave the company!! You have been such a joy to work with, and you've made such an impact at GDM! You'll be sorely missed, but I am beyond excited for your next role! Wishing you all the best, I know you'll crush it!
