Myself Zarina Khan, I am the Team Lead of PYP 4 and 5, I am very passionate about teaching. As I am very patient by nature, it helps me to deal with the young one's in a better way. I believe that whatever work we do we should give our best in it, this helps me to be focused in my work. 
The artefact that I have chosen to describe myself is CROWN 👑 because, I feel that the beauty of crown is because of different jewels in it, in the same way I feel that I have many good qualities of a good human being in me like Honesty, Sincerity, dedication, devotion and perseverance.

Each school has to go under th evaluation process.  This is one of the most important steps in program development.  As evaluation helps to understand the current position and to find out areas with scope of development. An external team of experts through IB evaluates after every 5 years. The school probably starts working on the Program Evaluation planing before 18 months of the final visit. The process during this presentation phase has to be well planned.
