Just some minor things that I suggest. When making an infographic. Make it visually appealing as much as possible. So make your images larger too. You have a lot of 'dead' space with nothing there, so fill it with more images or enlarge the ones you already have.

Also, I love the petition and the email but what are you planning to do after all that information gathering? Whats the plan after that? Some things that you could improve on is. The home page texts is a little bit hard to read. Your showcase overall enthralled me in the expectations burdened on Greyhound dogs and how after their racing they get dumped on the street or get euthanised (i think that is how you spell it!).
