2.  Limited evidence for our team right now.  We are a new team, but we are already meeting and discussing ideas, resources, making anchor charts for rooms.  
3.  We are continuing to recognize each other's strengths and weaknesses and build upon them.  We will continue to build relationships and discuss consistency. 
4. We need the time provided throughout the school year to get further in our PLC goals.
