         <description><![CDATA[<div>● language education policies and support for language learning is the most important thing for immigrant students.<br>● Government of Thailand had increased pressure to expand lower secondary education<br>● In Brazil, the government offers classes for daytime and nighttime, besides, also offers online courses for the youth and adult.<br>● In Norway, Government reformed the education system and the government gives money to companies, letting companies spend money for employes, and giving a learning chance for employees.<br>● In South Korea, Government also subsidizes some little companies, letting people working in the companies have more chances to learn the knowledge, such as: how to operate the new machines.<br>●  In Vietnam, Government revised the law and made adult education become an important part of education system.<br><br></div>]]></description>
