Ellen, I agree that we should each take a point to be responsible for in the multimedia presentation. However, we also need to decide on how to write the report, are we going to share that responsibility or will one person take that responsibility.

I created a personal Padlet account and added myself to this page. I also made this page public so that we could post to it without logging in, so that we could see how it can be used. If we all log in every time we want to read or post we won't be able to see how it can be used in the public domain. If you want to add yourself, click on the gear, go to privacy, enter the email address you used to sign up and click add.

It doesn't show what the actual posts are on Padlet, but you can share the link to the site so others can see what is being done if you want to invite people. Could be used to invite people to join a book discussion using padlet, or to ask for suggestion on books to order, or to show off new purchases, or something?? Below is a screenshot from facebook...

I'm going to as some of my Facebook "friends" to follow a link to padlet and see how they like it. We'll see how useful it might be as a link from a library FB page.

I created another wall called Favorite Books. I put a link from my facebook page to this. We'll see how easy it is to use for the general public.

I created a bunch more walls to use with my video so that we could show ways in which padlet could be used in a library. If you want to add things to them, feel free.

If you have ideas for other walls add them too!

I changed the layout to scrolloing so that we could see which messages were newest...
