         <description><![CDATA[<div>Beau: Assessment, particularly in the primary years.  Recording , Weighting    Formative, due to limited time in Zoom Lessons.<br><br>Tracy:  What a day looks like for a primary, intermediate, Secondary...gets daily questions from parents regarding screen time, time commitments, supports, etc.<br><br>Graeme: Would like to see a day in the life of both Primary and Secondary teacher in eSchool.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Learn from someone:</strong><br>- how colleagues are integrating the curriculum all into bigger picture (over arching, inquiry questions using, assessment practicing). Niki would love to have release time to do this<br>- more about grad process and all the categories and avenues (how to navigate them). Adam is going to share with Janelle the slide deck that Mark worked on about this.<br>- Adam: take time to go out to district and visit with RTs and see what do day to day and learn from them. <br><br><strong>What learning to help students:</strong><br>- Janelle is doing her 5+ in the special ed and all the learnings will be applicable and helpful for her students and teachings (SEL, autism course etc.)<br>- Niki would like to collab with colleagues in the school (not just eSchool)...seeing what Canyon Falls or Peter Greer is doing. Multi-grade or larger group of kids into inquiry.<br>- Adam would like to focus on FASD and autistic training available in the district and the level B assessment (take course through Queens)</div>]]></description>
