People shared openly about themselves, had their cameras on, and seemed to be listening to each other. I think something we could work on is asking each other questions to get people to share more about themselves/explain. I am proud that I didn't burst into flames when I turned my camera on. On the other hand, there were many struggles that each of the people in my group had but we all overcame that at the end. Something I think I overcame was the fear of talking but honestly I just wanted to start off the conversation to encourage others to speak because it was getting a little quiet. I can personally work on being more confident to say my ideas and not being afraid. I learned not only my group members names but I also learned there goals which was really cool to know about different things different people want to do in life. Some things we struggled with was time management. As it was our first tutorial, we were still getting the concept of how this works out. I think as a group we all did well with speaking, not being afraid to volunteer to share with each other, and being respectful when someone else was sharing. a goal my group should have is next time keep track up how much time we have and how much time we should spend on each activity or lesson. a challenge we encountered was technical difficulty for me and another person, and time management. as a group we overcome those challenges by skipping me and coming back to me when my internet connection wasn't as bad. i would rate my own participation and engagement a 10/10 because i shared and i payed attention when anyone else was talking. As a group we did well with listening and being respectful. we need to work on being less shy.  something we can do to work on that is if everyone actually talks it wont be as scary for other people to, since everyone else is. i rate my own engagement a 10/10 because i payed attention but participation 7/10 because i didn't talk a whole lot but i tried to.
