Overall, the tutorial was really clear and helpful, and I created a stunning moving image because of the video's simple instructions. There was a little bit of confusion when I had to take a screenshot of the video and use the screenshot in order to open the develop bar, as the version of Lightroom seen in the tutorial is different to the one I used. Having clicked a few buttons however, I eventually managed to source and edit my screenshot, and from there on it was pretty straightforward. I increased saturation as I wanted the pair to view the world as brighter and more colourful when they were together. When creating our film sequence opening, my group and I tried to recreate a colour isolating effect famously seen in 'Sin City', on Final Cut Pro. I found that through Lightroom, you can desaturate certain tones and colours, which would have been much easier than masking a black and white filter like last year. You learn new things very day!
