If you were to enter the blueberry market, all you would need to do is learn about farming and your product, lets say blueberries, and either join an entry level job or invest in your own land and tools. It could start small and local and slowly grow!
Another benefit of the market is that knowledge between each producer is equal. Because produce doesn't have much variation, information about the market and methods of production are readily available. A real world example of little to no innovation in a perfect competition market is that there is no information regarding new farming techniques or tools to cultivate the produce.
