Factor:entrepreneurship
While Glitch wasn’t successful as a company it was successful as a business in the way they communicate. Slack was created to be a channel of how people communicated together. It was similar to email but had benefits which it showed past conversations. But when first creating this platform it was sully based on how the communication happened in the game glitch. It took less then a week to create this platform after they shutdown glitch. He worked with the original cofounder of glitch to create slack. At the end of 2012 it was created.
They convinced their friends for other companies to use it but the problem was that everyone in a company has to buy into it.
Another problem was that it was new software that people didn’t really know how to use. But it took them awhile but they got a company called radio to use it and it was a bigger company made up of 120 people. They pitch them self as an enterprise software company. Once people started using it they didn’t stop.
