         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. I play outdoor padel 4 times a week, and it has become a healthy habit for me. As I read, being outdoors produces serotonins, which make you feel important, and doing sports produces endrophins, which make you feel calm.<br><br>2. The negative habit that I have is eating unhealthy food, which makes me feel good while I'm eating, but after that&nbsp; I regret it or feel bad. What I would do to transform this negative habit into a positive one would be to plan a healthy diet to follow every week, which would produce serotonins and oxytocins, and I would feel a lot better with myself and have more happy hormones.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<blockquote><strong>1.</strong> I <strong>listen to music</strong> every day and this healthy habit brings me many happy hormones that make me feel happy. What I read on the website about happy hormones says that doing this activity daily can bring me some good hormones like: dopamine and serotonin. They produce pleasure and happiness.</blockquote><div><br></div><blockquote> <strong>2. </strong>One of my bad habits is the distraction, Usually when I'm doing boring or large tasks I can't stop doing other things. But the worst is that what I do isn't productive nor makes me happy, so it's like wasting time doing <strong>nothing, </strong>for example: when I do maths homework and just for copying some roman numerals (I, II, III...) I think about the history of ancient Rome, Cleopatra and finally I search in Google "Memphis" but it appears the city in the USA.<br>And when finally I finish, I feel tired and I don't still progressing with the task, so <strong>I have done anything productive</strong>. I would like to change my place of study and only use the computer and the mobile phone for searching useful information.</blockquote><div><br></div>]]></description>

I'm a very loving son, and I ever hug at my parents, feeling loved and important. I like all foods, and I eat everything so I'm in high spirits when I eat peanuts, eggs or something like that.<br><br>2. I have to get out more from my home, I spend all the weekend in home, playing videogames and watching TV, but I will go to do a walk every morning with my mum, for be in the nature and get out from home. This activity makes me feel happier because I spend good time with my friends.<br><br>2. Sometimes, I spend almost all the weekend playing videogames or watching series. I think is good to play videogames and watch series, but no so much.&nbsp;<br>So, I will try to reduce the time I spend playing videogames and watching series and instead, I will work out, go out with my friends or stay with my family.</div>]]></description>

As I read in the text my body produces serotonine, that make you feel important and dopamine, the reward hormone of the pleasure chemical.</div><div>2. I spend many hours with my phone and and that makes me not able to study enough, because of that, sometimes I have failed some exams and I get depressed because I see that my friends are not so much with the mobile and they pass all they exams. To avoid this, what I could do is try to spend less time with the phone or when I get home, give the mobile to my mother and she will keep it me until I finish studying. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. I use to practice Rythmic Gymnasics four days a week. I think this is a very healthy habit because I exercise my body a lot while I'm training.<br>As I read, doing sport and being proud of my daily results in every workout, is the result of serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin levels that my body produces.<br>Even if I'm very tired, if I learned a new technique or achieved one objective, those happy hormones makes me feel so good with myself.<br>2. I often distract myself with my mobile phone while I'm doing my homework.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;I lose the sense of time watching it and the time passes so fast.<br>When I realize that it's too late I feel so depressed thinking with all those tasks that I couldn't do during this time.&nbsp;<br>I will try to disconnect my cell phone during I'm studying, and with that, seize the time and be more happier with the work done than be watching talent videos and all task to do.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. I usually ride a horse every day during the whole summer. I love it. It gives me a lot of inner peace, puts me fit and very, very happy.  It produces me a lot of endorphins, the calm hormone, when I'm alone doing a walk with mi horse hearing the birds and water it's when I have more inner peace, dopamine, when I'm riding in front of a lot of people and they praise me, serotonin, makes me feel important when I speak with other people or help them with their horses and oxytocin because I know all about my horse, I can trust it, it's like my best friend and I love it. <br><br>2. One of my bad habits is to eat unhealthy food. I love chocolate and if I can I would eat it all time. Every day I eat something unhealthy a lot o bread or croissants or sweets or pizza... And at the moment it puts me very happy but 10 minutes later I'm sad because I have ate bad food for my health.  I will try the method of 45 days without eating unhealthy food and convert a bad habit into a good one. Finally, I would try to continue without eating unhealthy food during all week and only once a week I will eat chocolate or croissant or... Working out three times a week is very important to me, when I leave the gym I feel released, like a new person, this produces me a lot of serotonin which prevents me the feeling of depression. I also think that be useful is a thing that kinda makes me happy, I love ending the day with satisfaction and full of happy hormones.<br><br>2.
