He also does a good job in helping other peers understand an idea/ question better.

I am personally not at all happy with my performance. First off, I just spoke once during the entire time and that too because someone else asked me to pose my thoughts. The problem I faced was that even though I knew exactly what to say, I couldn't get myself to speak up because of two reasons. One reason is that other people start immediately after one person finishes. Second reason is that I am just too nervous to speak up.
